Using any content from this Site without prior written permission means you agree to retroactively purchase a licence for the use. The convenience fee for this retroactive licence is $5,000 CAD per work, per day.

This fee reflects the convenience of skipping the standard permission process and covers the costs of identifying and addressing unauthorized use.

If you prefer to avoid this fee, please contact us in advance to license content properly.

We reserve the right to pursue further legal remedies if the unauthorized use causes additional harm.
