In-depth

Our iPhone pho­tog­ra­phy course will intro­duce you to the main pic­ture-tak­ing func­tions of the world’s favourite cam­era. We’ll dig deep into your iPhone’s cam­era set­tings to max­i­mize its ease of use and func­tion­al­i­ty. We’ll intro­duce you to the lay­out and func­tion of your iPhone cam­er­a’s inter­face. You’ll dis­cov­er two meth­ods for adjust­ing expo­sure bright­ness to achieve fan­tas­tic effects or trou­bleshoot­ing com­plex scenes. You’ll learn about the dif­fer­ent iPhone cam­era image for­mats and when to choose the cor­rect type. And we’ll show you how to adjust pic­tures in the Pho­tos app and cre­ate incred­i­ble motion effects using Live Photos.

We’ll rein­force learn­ing many of these con­cepts with fun and prac­ti­cal pho­to­graph­ic exercises.

Last­ly, you’ll learn the essen­tial basics of pho­to­graph­ic com­po­si­tion. Approx­i­mate­ly one-third to one-half of our iPhone pho­tog­ra­phy les­son is ded­i­cat­ed to this crit­i­cal skill, which shows you how to cre­ate sol­id and impact­ful compositions.
