Togeth­er, we’ll explore your iPhone cam­era inter­face, adjust expo­sure for stun­ning effects, and choose the cor­rect image for­mats for any sit­u­a­tion.

You’ll learn to edit pho­tos in the Pho­tos app and cre­ate dynam­ic motion effects with Live Pho­tos. Engage in fun, prac­ti­cal exer­cis­es to rein­force your skills, and dive into the fun­da­men­tals of pho­to­graph­ic com­po­si­tion, a crit­i­cal aspect of cap­tur­ing impact­ful images.

Accepted cameras:

  • All mod­els of iPhone X and new­er. Not all iPhone mod­els have all the func­tions dis­cussed dur­ing lessons.
  • Con­tact me if you’re unsure about the suit­abil­i­ty of your phone for this course.

What to bring:

  • Your charged iPhone
  • Portable charg­er (option­al)1If your iPhone is on the old­er side or it’s a cold day, it’s pru­dent to bring a portable charg­er to ensure you don’t run out of pow­er dur­ing the les­son.

What to Wear

This out­door pho­tog­ra­phy work­shop requires weath­er-appro­pri­ate cloth­ing to stay com­fort­able and pro­tect your gear, espe­cial­ly on wet days.2Bring two or more ful­ly charged bat­ter­ies for your cam­era.

Meet­ing Point and Loca­tion

Work­shops are held out­doors and involve walk­ing. Some loca­tions may not be ful­ly acces­si­ble. In case of bad weath­er, I’ll noti­fy you of any changes to the meet­ing loca­tion.
